What's the difference between a library design and a custom design?
A library design starts from one of the styles on this page and is adapted with your logo, colours, fonts, photos and words. A custom design is drawn from scratch for your business. Launch uses a library design; on Growth and Pro you can choose either at the same price.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo (if you have one), photos of your work or products, and a short call so we understand your business. On Growth and Pro we write the copy for you; on Launch we help you shape the copy you supply.
Who owns the website?
You do. The design, code, content and domain are yours once the final payment is made. There is no lock-in and no licence fee to keep using your own site.
Are hosting and domain included?
They are billed by the provider directly to you at cost, so you are never paying a markup and you always control the account. We recommend a setup that fits your site and tell you the running cost before we start.
Is my website secure?
Yes. Every site we launch runs on HTTPS, and we set up your domain with domain lock, WHOIS privacy and email verification so it can't be transferred or misused without you.
Can I keep some pages private?
Yes. We can password-protect works in progress, client areas or internal pages, and for larger teams publish internal sites behind your company's single sign-on (SSO). Both depend on your hosting plan, and we tell you the cost before we start.
How many revisions do I get?
Launch includes 2 rounds, Growth 3 and Pro 4. Each round covers all the feedback you send in one go. Most clients are happy well within their rounds because we agree the direction on the first call.
Can I edit the site myself?
Growth and Pro include an editable blog and content areas you can update without code. On Launch, small text changes during your support period are on us, and you can add editing later.
How long does it take?
Typically 7 working days for every package, counted from when we receive your content. In a hurry? We can finish Launch and Growth sites within 72 hours if needed. We confirm the timeline in your quote before you pay anything.
Do you work with businesses outside Malaysia?
Yes. We're based in Kuala Lumpur and work with businesses across Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. The call, design reviews and handover all happen online, so you never need to visit us, and prices are the same in USD wherever you are.
Can you help with SEO as well as design?
Yes, it's built in rather than bolted on. Every package sets up page titles, descriptions and headings properly. Growth adds Google Search Console and a sitemap, and Pro adds local SEO and structured data. We set up the foundations; we never promise rankings.
How does payment work?
You get a fixed quote first. A 50% deposit starts the project and the remaining 50% is due when your site is ready to launch.
What if I need more pages or features?
Extra pages and features are quoted upfront at a fixed price, so the scope never grows without you agreeing to it first.
What happens after launch?
Every package includes a post-launch support window for fixes and small changes. After that, you can add our optional 12-month maintenance, come back to us for updates whenever you need them, or run the site yourself.
